1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or simply not liking the product.

2. Reporting a Problem

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at:

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover all applicable costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired product and request a return for the original item if eligible.
